1. Scope of Service
Tomodachi.guide and Tomodachitutorial.com (the "Service") provide educational and instructional content regarding the configuration and optimization of third-party emulation software.
What we provide: Step-by-step written and video instructions, configuration files (settings), and troubleshooting advice.
What we DO NOT provide: We do not provide, host, or link to any copyrighted Nintendo software, ROMs, ISOs, or firmware. We do not provide the emulator software itself. Users are responsible for obtaining their own legal copies of games and software.
2. Legal Compliance & Intellectual Property
Our guides are intended for users who own the original hardware and software and are looking to exercise their right to create backup copies or play their legally owned games on alternative hardware.
We do not condone or support digital piracy. Use of our guides for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the user.
3. "No Refund" Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of our "Pro Guides," "VIP Packs," and 1-on-1 installation walkthroughs are final.
Instant Access: Because you receive immediate access to the intellectual property (the guide) upon payment, we cannot "reclaim" the product.
Service Functionality: We provide instructions based on current software versions. However, because third-party emulators (MeloNX, Eden, Ryujinx) are experimental and frequently updated by their respective developers, we cannot guarantee they will work on every individual hardware configuration.
Final Sale: No refunds will be issued if the emulator fails to run on your specific device, if JIT cannot be enabled due to OS updates, or if you are unable to source your own legal keys/games.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as-is." We are not responsible for:
Any damage to your hardware (iPhone, Android, PC, or Mac) resulting from following our tutorials.
Any bans or restrictions placed on your social media accounts (e.g., TikTok, YouTube) related to the sharing of emulation content.
Loss of data or "bricking" of devices during the sideloading or JIT activation process.
5. Third-Party Links & CPA Offers
If you choose to use the "Free" version of our guides via sponsored tasks (CPA), you acknowledge that these tasks are provided by third-party advertisers. We do not control these advertisers and are not responsible for the content or outcome of those offers.
